A Visit From the Sharps

Steph, Mickel and Kaiya were in town this past week. They are looking for a place to move to when they move back to Utah in June (YAY!!). They did find a cute condo, but I'm not going to say too much more about it so I won't jinx it. They're waiting to hear whether or not their offer is accepted. At any rate, I was able to spend a lot of time with Kaiya while Mom and Dad went out looking, and boy, did we have a good time! Kaiya is a real smartie - she knows her letters, numbers, colors and can even read a few words.

Sunny Tucson

I was able to get a break from the crazy winter we've had here in Salt Lake and go visit my friends in Tucson. It was about 80 degrees there, and sunny. We did a whole lot of nothing, but ate a lot. Heaven!

Natalie's Wedding

My good friend Jerry was in town this past weekend for the wedding of his youngest daughter, Natalie. She was five years old when Jerry and I first met! She has certainly grown into a beautiful young woman, and it was great to see everyone.

A Pretty Good Year For Snow

We've had a remarkable year for snow, which of course is very much needed. But can we be done now??? This picture doesn't reflect how big the piles were at the max. I don't remember a winter like this since 1993.
